By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Gratitude entries
  • Mood tracking entries
  • Calendar history
  • Meditation progress & session history

2.2 Device & Technical Data

  • Device model
  • Operating system version
  • IP address
  • Crash logs
  • Push notification token

2.3 Subscription & Revenue Data

  • Subscription status
  • Purchase receipts (via RevenueCat)
  • Platform analytics (App Store / Play Store)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, biometric data, or financial information.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide core app functionalities (gratitude entries, mood tracking, etc.)

Despite safeguards, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share data with third-party services necessary to operate the app:

6.1 RevenueCat

  • Used to validate and manage subscriptions.

6.2 App Store & Play Store Analytics

  • Used to understand app usage and performance.

6.3 AWS

  • Used as our secure hosting infrastructure.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process data on our behalf.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as:

  • Your account is active
  • The app continues to offer the respective features
  • Required by applicable laws

If you delete your account, your data is deleted as described below.

8. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time using the Delete Account button inside the app. This will:

  • Remove your gratitude entries
  • Remove mood tracking history
  • Remove calendar data
  • Remove all account information
  • Remove your stored device & analytics tokens

Some anonymized analytics data may remain, but it cannot be linked to you.

9. Children’s Privacy

Gratiwell is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data, we delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where AWS or our service providers operate. We ensure that transfers happen under adequate protective measures.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
