Terms of Service for Gratiwell

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Gratiwell ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Gratiwell

Gratiwell is a mental-wellbeing application that offers gratitude journaling, mood tracking, meditation features, and reflective tools to support personal wellness.

Gratiwell is not a medical or therapeutic service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for mental health concerns.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter this agreement
• If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Optional Account Creation Users may access the App anonymously without creating an account.

4.2 Authentication Methods If you choose to create an account or sync your data, you may log in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for securing access to your device and account.

4.3 Account Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive or harmful behavior, or attempt to exploit or compromise the App. You may also delete your account at any time using the Delete Account feature in the App.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Subscription Types Gratiwell offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. All billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5.2 Free Trials Gratiwell does not currently offer free trials.

5.3 Refunds Refunds are handled solely by Apple and Google. Gratiwell cannot issue refunds directly.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership You retain ownership of the content you create, including gratitude entries, mood history, and calendar reflections.

6.2 License to Gratiwell By using the App, you grant Gratiwell a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process your content solely for operating and improving the App.

6.3 No Content Export Currently, users cannot export their content from the App.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or interfere with other users
• Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Upload abusive, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and stored. You must review the Privacy Policy before using the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, artwork, text, images, and code within Gratiwell are the property of Caner Karaman. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 No Medical Advice Gratiwell provides general wellness support only. It is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. You assume full responsibility for your use of the App.

10.2 "As Is" Service The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or accuracy and reliability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caner Karaman is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App, loss of data, emotional or psychological outcomes, or unauthorized access to accounts or content. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting inside the App or on our website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by global general principles and the applicable laws of your region, unless otherwise required by local regulation.
